We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details and any health-related information you choose to share when enquiring about or receiving our services. This information is used solely to provide care, communicate with you and improve our services.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Clinical records are stored securely in line with HCPC and GDPR requirements.
Our website uses a minimal number of cookies, primarily to ensure the site functions correctly and to understand how visitors interact with our content. No personally identifying information is captured through cookies.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the site.
All physiotherapy services provided by Reeflex Mind & Motion are delivered or overseen by an HCPC-registered physiotherapist. Sessions are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, which will be agreed with you in advance.
We carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Copies of certificates and registrations are available on request.
We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can listen and put things right.
If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to escalate concerns to the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
We are committed to safeguarding adults at risk. All team members hold an enhanced DBS check and receive ongoing safeguarding training. Any concerns are escalated promptly to the appropriate local safeguarding authority.
